Crabs To Go is a long-standing Ocean City favorite, known by local families and visitors as the spot for fresh carry-out or picnic-style seafood. With a loyal year-round customer base and deep roots in the community, ownership has always focused on quality food and friendly service.

Behind the scenes, the Crabs To Go team was preparing to integrate a new payment processing system. They understood their existing website was becoming difficult to manage and beginning to lack the functionality modern customers expect. Together, we agreed that it was time for a reset. D3 collaborated with Crabs To Go to deliver a vibrant, high-performing website designed to showcase their brand, streamline online ordering, and scale up with offerings like party platters, specials, and catered selections.

Our Journey

With the redesign underway, our D3 team wanted to make sure that we approached the Crabs to Go digital presence holistically by refreshing their social media and capturing new photography, all while refreshing the website to lean into their Eastern Shore culture. 

Our social team revitalized Crabs to Go’s social platforms with regular, optimized posts that highlighted the local flavor and community vibe. We created a clean content layout and consistent posting strategy, helping the brand connect more effectively with its audience.

We reorganized the website for an intuitive and visually engaging experience. Our developers integrated the new payment processor into the website to allow for online ordering and gift card sales, all features that immediately boosted customer engagement.

Every element, from social media and photography to web design and technical integrations, worked seamlessly together. Providing a beautiful new digital presence that brought the brand’s identity to life. Customer response was immediate, with online orders surging right after launch, proving the new system was exactly what their audience needed.
