Job Description:
D3 is seeking an experienced, full-time client services professional to join our amazing team. You will support site updates, email marketing, and print design operations by compiling, formatting and reporting information, gathering client content and materials for marketing plans.

Job Duties:

  • Provides customer service and support to a range of clients.
  • Handle a high volume of client inquiries and requests through a ticket system and calls.
  • Make dynamic site updates and train clients on different website platforms.
  • Assembles reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information.
  • Educate clients on additional services.
  • Escalate issues and concerns and work quickly with a team to find a solution and resolve them quickly.

  • Proven Data Entry Skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Skills

Experience a Plus:

  • Previous email marketing programs/software.
  • Previous WordPress experience.
  • Experience working with Adobe tools.
